A. = It is like staying with the same doctor... you build a relationship, all your car records are in one place, the knowledge we have of becoming familiar with your car, knowing waht has been done or not, etc.
Q: = Do you need an appointment for an oil change or other repair work? Do you accept drop in's?
A: = For the fastest service, an appointment is recommended. You can call us at (360) 922-0553 to arrange a time. Some services such as a wiper blade or light bulb change can be done on a drop in basis, or if time allows.
Q: = What credit Cards do you accept?
A: = We accept cash and major creit cars = visa,Master Card, discover, or Debit Cards.
Q: = How much does it cost to repair?
A: = We need to inspect your vehicle to see exactly what the problem is and what parts are required to properly fix the problem and provide and accurate estimate. Please call us at: (360 ) 922-0553 To make and appointment..
Q: = Do you perform 30k, 60k, and 90k services that a dealer does?
A: = Absolutely! We can do all the servies a dealer does. We use genuine original equipment parts or better and your factory warranty will still be in effect!
Q: = How late can I pick my car up?
A: = Our hours are from 8:00am to 5:00 pm Non - Fri., By Apt on Sat. and vehicles can be picked up between those hours. Other arrangments can be made for after hours pickup. Key Drop Off service is also available before 8 am.
Q. = Do you have towing servies available?
A =. Yes! It would be our pleasure to arrange a to for you where ever you happen to be.. Just give us a call!
